Returns Process

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with packaging intact.

Sale items and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for insuring returned items. We recommend adding shipping insurance for peace of mind in case anything gets lost or damaged in transit.

How to Return or Exchange

Email us at info@themargins.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Once we receive your request we’ll send you instructions and a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item back to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service and adding shipping insurance for peace of mind — THE MARGINS™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  3. Once received and inspected (within approximately 5 business days), we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.

    • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

    • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned one and confirm availability.
